I (Chris) led the way digging myself out of the 0-2 hole I was in after TNF and improved to a respectable 12-8-1 on the week, Stoddart went 12-9-1 and Schwab 11-9 on the entire week 1 slate. FNG's guest picks brought up the rear going 11-11-1. We were all a couple of half points away from a few extra W's on the card and a HUGE 1st Sunday but a Green day is a Green day and we'll take it moving into week 2.
Games We Were Dead On
There were a few games we called dead to rights. First being Baltimore over Cleveland. Things are about to get real bad in Cleveland and their game against the Ravens was over before it started. This was an easy win as any and we layed those points without a 2nd thought.
Buffalo beating the Jets was another easy W. Things went south for the Jets early and often and Le'Veon Bell is down for a few weeks on top of it so they won't be getting any better anytime soon.
Games We Missed On
What the hell happened in Philly? Wentz had no time to do anything and his O-line was leaking like a sieve. If they keep up that level of protection Wentz will be lucky to see week 4 let alone win any games. Only a die-hard WFT fan would have bet against the Eagles here because no one saw this coming.
