According to the constitution article 3 section 2, the reigning tbb is responsible for bringing a 24 pack of beer to the draft. With that being said, and the fact that “he who shall not be named” is no longer in the league, does this responsibility fall to the new 10th member or to the original tbb?

not volunteering for any bitchness…but as a tribute to the league and the great city of Bismarck, I will offer up a 24 pack of beer for the cause
We appreciate your commitment to the league Chris, but I like the idea of the new member bringing a "league warming" gift. I mean fuck someone invites you over for dinner you bring a bottle of wine, if someone invites you into "The League" you damn well better show up with a case (or more)
